Best Asian food in Munchen. Everytime when I visit Munchen I make a stop at Hoa for some delicious food

We went to this place for the first time before the second lockdown due to the good reviews and we weren't disappointed! As a starter there was the satay skewers with peanut sauce and the beef salad. The main course was duck curry. We enjoyed both the starter and the main course. In summary, a great price-performance ratio with great service. We will be back.

Unfortunately I don't recommend it. Meals for 2 ordered (mixed platter) + additional egg noodles. The serving size on the mixed platter is a joke. One of them may be saturated. The taste of the egg noodles also leaves a lot to be desired. The amount of egg noodles (for 1 person) was larger than the mixed platter for 2, where there wasn't even rice. I was really disappointed

Nice restaurant with unfortunately long waiting times, both for taking the order and for the food to arrive. Our duck was then unfortunately very fatty and not very crispy. Probably not again ...

Lunch menu (with a small but rich soup) for € 8.50-9. Rice portion would easily be enough for 2. Fried chicken on coconut milk peanut sauce with vegetables: tastes good, fine sauce. Lunch drinks 0.4l for € 3. So you won't get under € 11.50. And because you are served very nicely, you are also tempted to tip properly ?‍♂️

My first visit several months ago was so goodI came back. This time I was very disappointed. I had beef in wok vegetables. Firstly, I'd be surprised if those vegies were actually cooked in a wok. They resembled microwave vegies from a frozen packet. Secondly, the dish was oversalted so much that it was unpleasant and the beef was tough. I'm very disappointed because I had high expectations. My partner had duck in a Vietnamese sauce and reported it was delicious. So, it's a shame but, the outcome was patchy.

I love to eat there, we are always greeted very nicely and the food tastes delicious. Since I live nearby I have been there 10 times and have never been disappointed. I've already tested a lot. A recommendation and an insider tip

Small, nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The food was really delicious from the starter to the main course to dessert and there was a large selection of different dishes. The boss of the restaurant was very friendly and served us well and generously. We will definitely come again :)

Authentic Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. Very friendly professionals with a lot of experience and good attitude towards customers and.. employees! there is nothing I can say about the food desserts salads rather than very delicious the prices are also very good for Munich and as far as the Quality! and Art reference for this small and quick kitchen I would say is very cheap.I suggest this restaurant unreservedly!

We stayed in Munich for 5 nights and ate dinner here twice we liked it so much! The first night we got takeaway and we had the BBQ spare ribs (so many of them for the price) and a vegetable stir fry with rice - both delicious. Next visit we shared a red curry and some starters - again, all great. Very friendly and helpful waiters and service, and accommodating for us requiring English menus etc. Definitely recommmend this restaurant!

Hoa Thoa will quickly gain its reputation for its sensational fusion food and I don't doubt it even for a bit! I was there with my brothers yesterday by Hoa Thoa Restaurant. I heard it from my neighborhood but actually I was not so convinced at the beginning cause the website looks a bit boring and it showed me no difference to thousand asian restaurants here in Munich. However, the 25 " 5 stars" reviews in google draw my attention and brought me there because it is unbelievable for a newly opening restaurant ( probably a month?) to receive such a huge welcome like that. We went there by tram bahn number 19. It is just 2 Minute from the tram bahn station but the restaurant has a small and looking-sad-yellow-color signage hanged right next to a gas station which was hard to see and catch attention so it took me a bit to find the restaurant. We entered the restaurant at 6pm and got a table right at the window in the front area of the restaurant. There were already some groups there. The atmosphere was elegant, comfortable and cosy. The waiter was so hospitable and attentive. We got spring rolls for starter, rum steak for my main course and giant prawns from wok for my brothers' dish. I have been dinning in some of very good asian restaurants in Munich for 4 years now but it is quite an experience I must say. The spring rolls are normally deep-fried but there was even no oil sticking on our lips. The pickle was fine and the fish sauce was just simply perfect. Such a crazy balance which helps to show the level of the restaurant. My rum steak is nothing more to say. It was perfectly rose-grilled with excellent timing and technique. The salat with it was, again, sensational. My rum steak was definitely executed by a star-chef for no doubt! Hoa Thoa is for sure my choice for dining with family and friends. I was totally convinced by it concept - Fusion Kitchen inspired from the best culinary of Europe and Asia for Grill and Wok dishes. Top star quality with affordable price. Wish nothing more! For those of you searching for a culinary experience like no other, look no further than Hoa Thoa Restaurant. Highly recommend!
